Coppola Development Corporation was established in 1999 to provide the highest quality development, construction and design services to our clients and on our own development projects. The company was founded by John, the Chief Executive Officer, and Lisa Coppola, the Chief Financial Officer, and consists of project managers, licensed architects, intern architects, engineers and superintendents with commercial and residential experience to handle any size project.
Coppola is a member of the New York Building Congress.

John Coppola, the Chief Executive Office and Owner of the Coppola Development Corporation and John Coppola Architect, PLLC; is a registered New York State Licensed Architect with a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Technology from New York Institute of Technology. He also possess a Master's Degree in Management with a Concentration in Construction Management from Polytechnic University.
Over the past twenty plus years, John has worked for architectural firms preparing schematic design drawings through project closeout for commercial, residential, retail, educational and airport facilities. Following his architectural firm experience, John ventured into the general contracting and construction management side of the field and worked for Turner Construction Company on two major hospital facilities known as Brookdale Hospital in Brooklyn, N.Y. and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in Manhattan, N.Y.. Subsequent to the general contracting/construction management experience, John ventured to the development side of the field and worked for a real estate investment trust known as Boston Properties, Inc... he has worked on 1 million square foot interior and core and shell high-rise building projects with construction costs over 200 million dollars. John is responsible for all current development, construction, and design operations and helped build a client list including high-end retail, financial, legal and sports corporations.

Lisa Coppola, the Chief Financial Office and owner of the Coppola Development Corporation, possesses a Bachelor's Degree from Saint John's University. She also possess a Nassua County Women's Business Enterprise Business Training Certficate.
Over the past ten years, Lisa has worked on marketing, business development and all financial aspects of Coppola. She maintains and develops business contacts and reaches out to the industry leaders for continuing company growth.
